Dear Distinguished Scholars, Researchers, Students, Industry Leaders,

On behalf of Sakarya University, it is my distinct pleasure to invite you to the 11th International Hydrogen Technologies Congress (IHTEC 2027), to be held at Sakarya University in Sakarya, Türkiye, from 2 to 5 May 2027, in collaboration with the Hydrogen Technologies Association. As global efforts to build sustainable, secure, and low-carbon energy systems intensify, hydrogen is assuming an increasingly strategic role in the energy transition. Transforming this potential into scalable and responsible solutions requires rigorous science, technological innovation, enabling policies, and sustained cooperation across academia, industry, the public sector, and the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

IHTEC 2027 will provide an international and multidisciplinary forum for sharing research findings, presenting technological advances, discussing emerging challenges, and building enduring partnerships. The Congress will address the entire hydrogen value chain—from production, storage, and transportation to utilization, safety, sustainability, policy, and emerging industrial applications.

We warmly welcome academics, scientists, researchers, graduate students, industry professionals, technology developers, innovative companies, entrepreneurs, and start-ups.
